This page covers the public site at architec.cloud — what you give us, and what the site collects on its own.
The contact form
When you use the form, you give us your name, your email address, your company if you choose to, and whatever you write in the message.
We email that to ourselves and nothing else. It is not written to a database, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with anyone. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose.
The email is delivered by Resend, our email provider, who handle it in order to deliver it. Once it arrives, your message sits in our email inbox for as long as we keep that correspondence.
Stopping spam
So that nobody can flood us through the form, the site briefly notes the network address of the computer submitting it — held in memory for one hour and never written to disk — so that one address cannot send more than a few messages in a row. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in; anything arriving with it filled in is discarded.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, their servers record the requests made to it.
Analytics
This site uses no third-party analytics and sets no cookies.
The client portal
If you are a client with a portal account, that part of the site is not covered above. It stores your email address and role so you can sign in, and records which project documents were opened and when — including the network address.
Those access records have no expiry. Nothing deletes them on a schedule, and we do not run a clean-up job over them: they are kept for the life of the account, and go only when the account itself is deleted.
Getting in touch
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@architec.cloud.
